The results of these tests will determine if more extensive testing will be required.  All bulls will need DNA parentage or genomic tests.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>All registrations will be processed at the base fee\/ animal. Activate Your Online Access<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Before registering online, you must activate the <strong>\u201cMember Login\u201d<\/strong> option through Ayrshire Canada. You will receive a temporary password.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>To activate, contact:<\/strong><br><strong>Ayrshire Registry Services<\/strong><br>\ud83d\udcde Tel: 1-855-756-8300<br>\ud83d\udce7 Email: ayrshire@holstein.ca<\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Logging into the Portal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>a) If your access is already activated:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Go to the website and click <strong>\u201cMember Login\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Enter your member information.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p><strong>b) For your first login:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Enter the <strong>temporary password<\/strong> provided.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Choose a <strong>new password<\/strong> and confirm it (select one that\u2019s easy to remember).<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Start a Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>If you\u2019ve already created your password:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Log in to the portal.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>\u201cOnline Registrations\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>\u201cCreate a New Batch\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>\u201cComment\u201d<\/strong> box, type: Registration.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>\u201cCreate\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>\u201cAdd\u201d<\/strong> to begin entering the animal\u2019s registration details.<\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Required Information for Each Animal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Fill in the following fields:<\/p>\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>By ET<\/strong> (Embryo Transfer): Yes \/ No<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>By AI<\/strong> (Artificial Insemination): Yes \/ No<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Breeding date<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Dam&#8217;s ID<\/strong> (If unknown, enter AYUNKNDAM)<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Sire&#8217;s ID<\/strong> (If unknown, enter AYUNKNSIRE)<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Tattoo<\/strong> (if used)<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>EZ-IR \/ ATQ ear tag number<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Management number<\/strong> (if used)<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Birth date<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Sex of the animal<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Birth rank<\/strong> (default: single birth)<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Prefix<\/strong> (make sure to use the correct one)<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Animal name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f Additional fields may appear, but ensure these 13 items are completed.<\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Review and Submit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Select the option <strong>\u201cShow errors, otherwise move to next record\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>\u201cGO\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd34 If there are any errors (highlighted in red), correct them and click <strong>\u201cGO\u201d<\/strong> again.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>To register another animal:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Click <strong>\u201cAdd\u201d<\/strong> and repeat steps 1 through 13.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p><strong>Once all animals are entered:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Click <strong>\u201cView Batch Summary\u201d<\/strong> to review your entries.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Finally, click <strong>\u201cSubmit Batch to Ayrshire Canada\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n<p><strong>6.
